The process of bus duct installation requires precision and technical knowledge in order to ensure safety and proper functioning. A bus duct is a Bus Bar system that eliminates the need for individual cables and is an efficient, economical and space-saving solution for power distribution.

The bus duct installation process begins with proper loading and unloading of heavy components at the site. The installation includes handling of all components, un-priming of the metal ducts, degreasing and cleaning of site, wiring the metal ducts correctly, and then installation of the components into the ducts. Inspection of the product is done to ensure its safety and proper functioning.

We check and confirms that the connections are correct, and also we conduct a continuity test on the two bus duct sections that will be linked and recorded. If accurate readings cannot be obtained, bad busbars should be taken out, replaced with new ones, and the system tested again.
Using a megger, gauge the resistance between the phases and the soil. Measure the resistance of each main branch after installation, We Use a torque wrench to retighten all joint bolts in the busbar portion being tested in the event of low readings. If accurate readings cannot be obtained, bad busbars should be taken out, new sets should be installed, and the test will be repeated on site
